To securely share files with a client, you can toggle the "Secure attachment" option when composing an email:

With this option turned on, Pixie will remove the attachments from the email, save them in a secure location, and add a banner to the email.
When the client opens the email, they can click on the banner to access the files.

After opening the file-sharing link, the client needs to enter their unique pass-phrase to access the files.
The pass-phrase can be found on the client's details page:

You can edit the pass-phrase by clicking its Edit icon. Or you can click the Copy icon you can click the Copy (Clipboard) icon.
