Pixie lets you ask clients to upload documents securely using the email feature.
To request documents from a client, start a new email and click on the Request files button at the bottom.

Clicking this button will add a secure unique link to the customer’s secure portal.
The client experience
When your clients click the link they're taken to a single-use client portal that can be used to securely and confidentially share documents with you.
This portal can be branded and will display the name of your firm.

How to find uploaded files
Files that have been uploaded can be found in two places:

In the Files tab of a client record

In the Files tab of a task
Additionally, you will also receive a notification from Pixie:
